Covid-19 safety measures

at Scheiber Sport

The 2020/21 ski season will be different – but here at Scheiber Sport we are 100% ready to offer guests a fun, relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience. 

We have put in place measures to comply with the regulations created by the local and national authorities to restrict the spread of Covid-19. The spacious rental area combined with a comprehensive safety concept and attentive members of staff make hiring equipment from Scheiber Sport safe and efficient. We also offer the following services:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start of rental.
  • Money back if you are forced to cut your holiday short due to Covid-19.
  • Pick up your equipment the day before.
  • Comprehensive disinfection of all rental equipment.

Rules and recommendations for guests
  • Food and drink may only be consumed while seated
  • Face masks must be worn whenever you leave your table
  • Guests must provide their contact details
  • We recommend booking a table in advance
  • Use contactless payment wherever possible
  • In closed spaces and cable cars you must wear a face mask and disinfect your hands regularly using hand sanitiser (face masks must also be worn in public areas around cable cars)
  • Individual measures have been taken such as increasing lift capacity, ventilation in cable cars, dinsinfection of cable cars
  • We recommend buying tickets and lift passes in advance
  • Max. 10 people per group
  • Covid-19 tests for ski instructors
  • Ski groups stay the same for all lessons
  • Participants must provide contact details
  • Face masks must be worn on (ski) buses, trains and cable cars as well as in railway stations and on railway platforms (indoors)
  • Face masks must be worn in all public areas
  • Individual measures based on official guidelines, e.g. how to deal with narrow walkways, how to reduce waiting times at reception, etc.
  • Restaurants are subject to the specific rules issued for the hospitality industry
  • A face mask must be worn whenever you leave your table
  • Food and drink must be consumed while seated (indoors and outdoors)
  • Closing time for bars and restaurants may change depending on the situation
